How do I access my tenant portal? 

Go here – use the username/password you created when submitting your application. If you don’t remember your login credentials, contact us at 972-772-4999 for a reset.

How do I report a maintenance issue? 

Submit all non-urgent requests through your tenant portal. For emergencies that threaten safety or property, call us immediately – we monitor the emergency line 24/7.

How long do repairs usually take?

Most routine repairs are handled within 24–72 hours, depending on the issue and vendor availability. Emergency issues are prioritized.

Can I make changes to the property?

Any modifications—including painting, hardware changes, or satellite installation—must be approved in writing before you begin.

When is my rent due? 

Unless otherwise negotiated in your lease, rent is due on the 1st of each month and considered late on the 4th. A late fee if $50 is assessed and then a subsequent charge of $10/day is accrued until the account is brought current.

Can I add a pet during my lease?

Only with written approval. Pet policies vary by property, so contact our office before adopting or bringing any animal into the home.
