General Rental Requirements:
We require the income be at minimum, three times the rent. Other requirements may apply*.
A copy of current Drivers License or Approved Government picture ID must be presented for each adult applicant 18 or over.
Have a fax number or email address ready for your landlord(s) of the past 24 months. All verifications must be in writing.
Include a minimum of three paystubs, and contact information (fax number or email) for your current employer. Again, all verifications must be in writing.
Please be aware that credit & criminal reports will be obtained for the purposes of your application.
Pets are considered on a case by case basis & will include an additional deposit per pet.
*Applicants with unsatisfactory credit, rental history, or criminal background may require additional paperwork, such as: Child support documentation, Divorce decree, bankruptcy paperwork, and letters of explanation. These applicants may also be considered with additional deposit requirements.
Any information not provided within 24 hours of request may be grounds for denial of application.
